Here is a copy of what the HESC mailed us (get 2006, 5/14/06). Mostly useful to Board members since information an applicant needs is the same as posted at the NYS web site.
Starting in 2005, NYS is no longer posting application form because they were getting submissions from individuals and multiple submissions by various department heads (Presidents, Chairs, and Chiefs), not just one application per department. So, only way to get the form is via snail-mail. Board Chair may follow HESC's instructions: "Applications may be obtained by contacting the Scholarship Unit (1-888-697-4372)."
This program is integrated into TAP. Watch your grades do not drop too low!
